Harmony in the church is important, but between leaders it’s not enough. The Gospel calls us to something much more, true reconciliation. Jesus died on the cross to reconcile us completely and fully to God. Harmony wasn’t enough. Imagine if ministry leaders reconciled, embraced each other and wept as Joseph did with his brothers when they came to Egypt. What a powerful testimony that would be to all in the church and to the outside world!
