邱清萍牧师 is one of the pioneers in Chinese peacemaking. She co-authored a book in Chinese,《教會衝突的處理與重建》(Managing Church Conflicts), with Rev. Wally Yew in 2002. She has also developed an online course in Chinese《培育教會和睦文化》(Cultivate a Peacemaking Culture in the Church).
Rev. Cecilia Yau has served at Chinese Christian Mission for 44 years as Associate General Secretary, heading the Literature ministry and the personnel department.
