I ended up working there for 15 years. While in the country, I ran an organization with team members of diverse ages, cultures, and ethnicities. Just like in the United States, I discovered that many interpersonal conflicts in China are left unaddressed and unresolved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">On my team, two Chinese colleagues resisted working together due to past conflicts that had never been addressed.
